Here is where I share “my workout routines” with you. These are just some of my favorite targeted workouts that can be done anywhere. To access workouts, simply hover on the menu to go to the Exercise Library or specific workouts published. It’s FREE for everyone. You don’t have to be a subscriber or client to see the workouts. But if you’d like to get the latest updates and announcements, please feel free to subscribe. Have fun working out!
To access the workouts from the menu, simply hover over the ‘ WORKOUTS’ menu and select the workout of your choice.
