Hi there, everyone! Welcome to the MyFP50 Trainer website. My name is Beverly Figueroa and I am your online and in-person fitness trainer.
As difficult as it may be to do, considering our disrupted schedules and new norms we’ve had to adjust to, it is especially important not to give up on our exercise regimens. We all know the important role that exercise plays in keeping our immune system strong [among other things, including getting enough sleep and eating healthfully]. So, now is not the time to forsake ourselves. Even if you set aside 10 minutes to exercise, it’s better than not doing anything at all. The important thing is to keep moving.
And by the way, wellness is not just about the physical part. There are 7 other components to wellness, which are: emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, environmental, occupational and financial. (Scott K. Powers, Stephen L. Dodd, Total Fitness and Wellness). I’ll be talking more on that point soon, so please stay tuned!

How much do you charge per session?
I have a simple fee schedule. I charge $65 per hour for in-person sessions and $50 per hour for online fitness training. I don’t offer packages but if you plan on training for an extended period of time, I can offer discounted pricing. Please reach out via the contact form for further information.
